Really not not the best pics , as ever i set off then realised i had left the cam

Really couldnt resist it even though like a t@%t i had forgot my helmet

Perfect thread Mr K - I had my first tentative spin out today after my knee injury of 12th December!
Had been looking forward to this for a while now as the ice made the roads round our way a complete no-go-death-trap did they not!? But 6 inches snow? Words cannot express how bloody happy I was today!
So, seat down and knee pads on I set off on the single speed - just round Longford Park like as 1) I still have a scan at the MRI coming up and 2) I have basically misplaced my bottle!
As fun as that was, the Marin's running too high-a gear for my still-puny right knee, so - as I had to head back for some lights anyway - I swapped bikes for something a little more suitable to my condition...
Am very happy to report that I had a great time crunching and bouncing around on the granny ring... although I've no idea why my rear wheel looks egg-shaped next to this monstrous snowman! :?:
