years ago, more a social thing, then met a some mates that didnt smoke, and drifted out of it, did smoke 2 menthol ones last year ofr a laugh

i started smoking just as i drifted away from bikes, i guess about 1998 or something. got back into mtbs in around 2003 when i got a jump bike and didnt really notice a fitness problem. since i got all nostalgic and started riding a little XC again i've really noticed how unfit i've become in the intervening years :cry:

smoked alot of pot and some hash when i was in the service--stopped--ive been a diesel mechanic for the last 30+ years so my lungs are proly trash anyways--mtb riding is my therapy
