EDIT: just noticed some very small marks on the lower clamp from fitting it to a seatpost, so it is possible that they have been a part of a complete post. The marks are only on the surface, so most likely they haven't been tightened with normal momentum. No dirt or anything on the part.

Sorry folks, these were my last top caps. Wonder why I'm selling them away but just don't have Syncros stems from that era at the moment..
