Not super old. Maybe 2000 onwards?

I’m in Horsham, West Sussex, direct train from London could meet at the station). I can post at cost if I can find a box.

Was high spec, full Dura Ace 7900

Included is frame, fork headset, Syntace stem, Ritchey seat post assembly, Shimano BB (not the bars)

Seat tube measures 60cm centre to top with the clamp at a middling position 63cm centre to saddle rails. The top tube is 52.5cm centre to centre along the top tube.

Hiya mate, it’ll be for riding into work so I’d consider both, literally think of anything although I know this is RetroBike!

If it's for commuting then presumably you'll be on wet roads at least some of the time so it's well-worth having proper mudguards and fittings. A rear rack is also worthwhile for carrying stuff in a pannier, much more comfortable than a rucksack.

I'm sure you'll find something, there are loads of decent bikes being almost given away (obviously never the right size or spec available when you are actually hunting for one).
