Small, light steel frameset for trailriding OR a softtail

Hello there!

Since my search for a nice softtail seems like a lifetime thing, I am in search for a nice small steel frameset. Weight is an issue, since I am not that big.. No V-Brake and/or Suspension please (if it's no softtail )

(my dates: 174cm, 62kg, 82cm inner leg length)
