Small hardtail frame

Hi all,

I need to lay my hands on a small, say 13 to 15 inch hardtail frame to build a bike for a vertically challenged mate. It's taken me ages to convince him that he would enjoy riding if he wasn't on a knackered BSO.

I know there was something in for sale a week or two ago but I can't see it for looking

by the way its a kona size 16" which means 14" centre of bb to top of tt
