Small (16") steel 90's frame/fork

I there,

After a coupe of Klein's I grew a soft spot for some 90's American handmade steel frames. I really like Yeti's (fro, Ultimate,) Fat chance's, Specialized S-Works etc. but always open for a nice surprise.
My Klein's are in size xs so looking for something 16" center top with a 22" ish toptube.
