Looking to build a bike for a mate who’s riding
20 miles a day on a pretty bad diamondback from the 2000’s.
I’ve got nearly everything but the frame/forks looking for something sized 16” or 17”.

Not a massive budget for this so not looking for top end but a nice lightish steel would be perfect.

I was building this up but it's going to bee too small for me. It's a diamond back but a nice steel one (true temper tt lite butted frame).

Iirc it is 17.5 c2t on the seat tube and 22 inches top tube c2c. I've been collecting the parts to build as original as possible, got lucky as I bought the frame only and found the correct matching forks via a wanted ad on here. It's almost compete, just need to add cables, chain, grips and pedals.

Let me know if interested and how much of it if so, and I'll work on a price. Forks cost me £30 so will factor that in.
