They're actually over-built for me really, whereas a 97 Kilauea is probably under-built for the kind of riders that like Zaskars, but if I was setting off around the world I might well take a Karakoram. And 7-speed STX.

What I like about GT.
I don't say love, I don't love GT, I just like them.

Only GT's I can stand are the steel ones, the alloy ones just look grossly overbuilt and consequently ugly and overweight looking.
