Having ridden most of the route today I can confirm that this is going to be cracker. Lovely scenic countryside with a bit of history thrown in. Taking in the Col de RSPB, Tempsford Airfield, that nasty uphill bit, the 18th hole, medieval bridges, fords, and sweet farm tracks. The distance is a minimum of 25 miles but we will hopefully get time to deviate from the mapped route to take in some woody singletrack. A lunch stop at a pub halfway round if all goes to plan.
