looks lke not too much work
but what are the second handlebars for? (footpegs? bit high)
and how the hell did that stem get there?!
 
From some other pictures I've seen of other similar bikes, I believe they cut the seat tube in half. In this case, I think the seatpost is long enought to pass through the cut area and the stem is clamped to the seatpost.

Wow, that's some serious kit there. 25 lbs is impressive - it looks like it should weigh more.

I'm sort of wishing it had snowed more now... :wink:
 
The brothers Koski also were pioneers in the Mountain Bike Industry. They designed and built the Trailmaster bikes in the late 70's, early 80's along with the ProCruiser (with Mert Lawwill) and the Duratec fork, and marketed them at their shop in Tiburon, California, the Cove Bike Shop. Pat
