Comical thing is I couldn't collect it even if I wanted to (and I live about 15 minutes away), because of their stupid mailing policy.
I suspect I could, however, list the shop next door as a delivery address and watch with wonder as a courier turned up outside SJS and loaded up the bike, only to drive forwards half a metre, unload it again and walk it through the very next door in the street. And charge me £35 for the service.
It's a shame – I once got to look around the shop (upstairs are shelve upon shelves of dusty boxes full of stuff. Out back is a room full of old used parts that have been replaced on customer bikes over the great many years). One of the guys up there is really friendly and knows his stuff too. There's a girl up there who used to race for Barrettos Bikes in Plymouth during the early '90s. I mean they're properly enthusiastic cyclists. Then there are some who just drive internet terminals and service customers like they're dirt. All very sad.
