single speed tensioner

I have a whole ss kit. Tensioner, sprocket, spacers etc...

whats the cable do

The head/nipple of the cable goes into the barrel adjuster and the short section of cable pokes through to the clamping nut as per normal. You move the mech to the correct position for a good chain line, pull the cable tight and tighten the cable clamp bolt. Now when you turn the barrel adjuster the cable gets pulled/slackened, moving the mech into the perfect position for chain alignment.
