A ride on the Saturday, race on Sunday. Stanmer Park.

I'm going to do the Saturday ride, on a bike with a restricted gear. My Sunn, with one cog on the freehub body, and a front mech screwed down to the middle ring.

Definitely watch the race on Sunday, too!

Anyone else here up for it?

I could single-speed my old Orbit cx quite easily, no, no, forget that idea!

Yes, it is a bit odd. Bike finished tonight, so at least one of us is ready!

Tried it out going to work yesterday. 10 miles of flat road. Bloody had work! Especially when I saw a mate on his road bike. Spinning like crazy on the 32x16 gear. Hope it's suited to the course next week!
