Single speed chain tensioner

On the look out for a single speed chain tensioner for the 94 Kilauea. I have seen a Powerplay one I like the look of, are they any good?

I bought a "mr control" tensioner for about a tenner off ebay which is the same as the on one doofer and it was bolt on and go - no problems at all.

I run one of these on my Bontrager. They have plenty of adjustment and work well. The only issue I had with it when I first fitted it was if you tightened it right down and torqued it the pivot locked up. I refitted it with less torque and a drop of thread lock and it has been fine for several hundred miles now.

That Powereplay one is exactly the same as the Mr Control one available on ebay for £11...

Trevor, I have one that I've never used. I fitted it to a bike but then got a new frame with sliding dropouts so never needed it. You can have it for a tenner posted if you like.
