I guess it's a far eastern copy...it's complete, 1 1/8th threaded, the bearings need a clean and re-grease, they feel a little gritty but not pitted. There's some nice rubber O ring seals and it's in a pretty good looking condition overall. Please check the pictures though, i've tried to show the marks that are there.
