Silver Grafton Re-Entreys Brakelevers swap for black

i think for canti but u can change the pivot.i dont know that you can use it for v-brake.

and its for swap only.i want use black grafton re entrys with my black grafton sc2 brakes.

its not so easy robert..for new anodize i must remove the brass plates from the levers.

but thats my second way when i dont can found black ones

At all my Grafton levers which I have disassembled for cleaning they removed almost by themselves. Are they fitting so tight at your pair? I guess they shall be removable very easily.

Cheers,
Robert

Re:

I will second Robert there. I had "Rampage" (he is here on RB) re-anodize a silver pair to black last week, and they look 100% perfect. He did the dismantling/rebuild no problem.

Re:

You can move the lever pivot to a different position can't you?

I'm not anodising anything currently.
These levers are a pain at the best of times, they seem to pick up pitting and it only gets worse when stripped and anodised. Then they look messy.

SwedishKleins (can't remember name!) were definately NOS but still showed a bit of pitting when stripped but not too much. It has to be completely polished out or they look terrible.
