Same parts, different colours Some of them are quite popular in both colours, some not...
Here few pics of parts which I had in different colours

In the begining - set beeing most popular probably in Sh offer, in realy poor condition Picture was done when I've been beginer in retro Deore LX FC-M563

Next - still riding as pictured in my Nishiki - Deore DX BR-M650 brakes black & silver

Deore XT hubs:

I'll post also Deore II Ubrake (don't have picture of silver anywhere - black is pictured but now sold, so they'll not be together in picture...)
