Re:

Hey Jamie,

no, i almost bought it, but ended up buying the Salsa Ti instead

grey/greys are my favourite colour/s, and my first ever job was on a tractor, so grey Fergies have a special place in my heart, and that's the first thing the Pug made me think of when i saw it!

it is very cool though, would love to have a go on one!

Yeah, velofrog you should come along to the ride up out of Contin on the Puffer trails on the 5th December, ride whatever.

Oh yeah, I must also mention something which I forgot to point out when I posted the pictures earlier this week. The pictures tagged with BM then a number are Brians (epicycle) pictures that I copied from his flickr. Just they were better than mine ;)

Yeah, come along guys, as Brian says, ride whatever, and we can rustle up a bike or two if needed.
If theres a couple coming I might bring the gas and a pot of chilli :)

Looking about the 'black Friday' bargains i see this -

No really a bargain and ive no kids, but you guys are nearly all on fat bikes, so why not go the whole hog and equip the family too

It would be tricky to come up with kids size normally. 400 is a lot but the frames a good idea if you could get it separately. :?

Its the same as the mini Caribou one I think, they look exactly the same. Besides theres no rush as On One will still be doing them when Caleb eventually needs one and they will always be on sale.
What I did buy of them the other week was their Planet X framesets for juniors. They come in sizes to take various size wheels ranging from 18 inch, 20 and 26. They are Italian built aluminium frame and forks, they are really nicely built and as you would expect they are properly proportioned. They are road racing frames and geometry so no guards or rack provisions etc, take standard headset, 27.2 seatpost, standard bottom bracket etc. They were on of Planet X flash sales so I picked Caleb up a 20 inch for when he is older and can properly ride one. It was a flash sale of £29! reduced from £99. We the email one Sunday morning and even Heather said just get it before its sold out. Its now up in the loft for a few years I think :)
Still doing them if anyones interested, cant really go too far wrong at that price.
