Loving the snow, just had a ride across site and was losing the back end all over. Brakes weren't much good seeing as how I had a frozen spot on the rim. Oops...

probably the same to get home
think our councils run out of grit
weather to get worse again tomorrow

Only feel guilty if you do what someone in my work did. Call in and claim there is no way to get int town and the bus service isn't running. Shame I took the phone call while sitting next to someone from the same town who had miraculously got into work with no problems.

I feel much better now, did get up into the town ...The roads are still pretty bad , Really just 4x4s moving around with some VERY slow normal motors. But spoke to a delivery driver and asked about the Road i use and he said "No way!!"

I feel guilty.

It was -10C out there this morning so I thought sod it I'm not cycling in that temp! Used Mrs E_R's car, dropped her off at the train station and drove to work.

This afternoon the cleaner came in who has been off for two weeks with cracked ribbs.... on his bike! Made me feel a like a pansy!

rode in today. 3.5 miles took 45 mins :shock: nice ride through the park and skiing down the long hills is great fun though

Wish I could ride my bike to work, but need my tools/generator. Working in a new build council offices - it was -6 in there was warmer outside.
