Have tiny headtube? Most of these were off small bikes and cut with slammed stems.
The Evo 32 is quite long in comparison and this Black/Yellow Perf.34 isn't horrendous either ...

Yeah I've heard there's a dude who can press steerers for £100 somewhere?

Company called ND Tuned make replacement steerers. There's a few UK places that offer them now
