Shopping list for my budget Orange build.

I'm building my first bike for about 10 years which was when I sold my Orange E3, yes, bikeless for 10 years :cry:

So far I have bought the essential core bits; Orange Prestige frame and RC30 forks off of here over the past few weeks. I have a practically new set of mavic 221 rims with stx/rc hubs and 8 speed rear cassette left over from when I upgraded by orange E3 in 97. Ive got a set of front and rear LX canti's but no levers or cables. Cosmetically challenged XTR M952 Rear Mech. XT M732 front mech (not sure if this will work with the rear mech and sti?)

Unfortunately the RC30's set off the wife radar and the spending has been seriously capped.

Trying to get all the bits to finish as cheap as possible under the wife radar. Cosmetics are not that important, just want decent solid components to get me out riding aqain.

Still required:

LX brake levers (canti) and sti shifters 8 speed.
LX XT crank + Rings
1" Quill Stem i.e SK8 etc
Handlebars
Pair of Tyres
Bottom bracket to fit Orange Prestige.
27mm Seat Post.
Brake and gear cables??

So if you have some cheap cosmetically challenged kit and you can help.. even with a job lot deal, I'll be a happy man.

I have a LX compact chainset that is a bit scratched etc, but works fine ...cheap.. might be able to supple some rings too.. might be even able to do a BB pending on size you need.. also lol .. I have some avid canti brake levers as new cheap too.. can do pics but will be in a day or two.. hurt myself over weekend riding fella...
