Ok mate. I think the fork will work.
I have a frame with a steerer tube that's 120mm. I am working with a Ritchey Logic headset with a stack height of 36mm plus a front brake cable hanger. What do you think?

For reference here's the forks on my Saracen that has a 110mm steerer.
The headset has a stack height of near enough 38mm.

As you can see I've got a couple of spacers on, so you should be fine.
