I've seen that before - it looks more amazing than it actually is - police marksmen don't generally shoot much over 100yds, I can shoot 1" groups with my air rifle out to about 40yds so something the size of a revolver isn't too hard a shot with a full bore rifle. As long as he doesn't move and you shoot his balls off!! That shot also changed the way police marksmen work - they decided the shot was too dangerous and changed their policies accordingly....

Still wouldn't want to be the bloke with the gun though!
