Has anybody sent a frame from UK to Germany? If so who did you use and what did it cost?

I've just been quoted £78 on Parcel2Go website :shock:

was quoted £23 to send a pair of forks to Germany by post office on Monday.

I sent a full groupset in a fairly hefty box and think it was about £16 quid.

Royal mail are really hot on box sizes at the moment , in my local PO anyway so no way you could send a frame to germany . they will sell parcel force .

Use parcel2go , between 40 and 50 pounds i think .

I sent a Zaskar frame to Germany with parcel2go £38 :?

the key is to make the package as small dimensionally as possible as it's the volumetric weight not actual weight that is the problem with frames.

I think my package (oo-er) was 100 x 20 x 60cm

theres a company on ebay that does up to 30kgs for £14.99 as long as its not longer than 1.2m, failing that the post office is cheap for frame size parcels to europe.
