Shipping frame US to UK

Just wondering if any of our friends on the other side of the pond could tell me approx going rate for shipping a frame from your side to over here and the best provider to use.

Priority Mail is the cheaper international shipping option.

Say 14lb max for a rigid frame. so about $70-$80

That's high it can be done for 49-52 dollars for a frame in a box at over 9lbs but less than 10. It's all about the packing and size of the box. Keep the box as tight to the frame as you can. Add a rear stay block and wrap the entire frame with lightweight packing material
