Cassette,skewers & tyres wouldn’t be included! Brake surfaces are great they run true and are 9spd!

Hubs ok? When were they serviced? 185 is a bit too much.. 717's on them then maybe? I just bought a brand new nos 317 rim for £35.

28 hole. Hmm. I'll wager they're light. I prefer 32 hole. Are 32 hole rims more commonly available? I weigh 65-70 kg max. I'm sure they're up to the job. My question is what are the chances of getting these shod in the future when rims wear down?
