Shimano XT ST?

Hi,
I would like to set up a TREK 9800 OLCV with Shimano XT group.
There are Cantis on board which I would like to change.
I have suitable XT Vbreaks and but therefore I need new Shifter/BreakLever too.

Someone who knows an early XT Shifter/BreakLever which matches with Vbreak?
