Shimano XT Front Mech NOS FD-M379 31.8mm REDUCED AGAIN

NOW £13 posted!!! I'm now making a significant loss on this!!

I bought this off Ebay, it is in perfect condition being a NOS item. However in my haste I didn't realise it was bottom swing and I need a top swing mech as my downtube is ovalised and I didn't want to try and modify the clamp band on such a nice mech

It is a FD-M739 front mech 31.8mm clamp band top pull.

Just want to recover my money so bargain at NOW reduced £15 posted!! By paypal gift please.

No, this one is a top-swing - the type you need is called a conventional-swing, also sometimes referred to as a high-band.

For his bike any one will do of the 'conventional type', though 737/8/9 is actually way to modern
It's an Alu-O from 92-ish. Should be top pull, but if it has the wheel bit down pull would be possible (some Alu-O's had them, mine does)

You could use this mech, but having seen the mess one made to my frame I wouldn't recommend it.
