I have a pair of the above and as it's getting a bit warmer now they will soon be shelved in favour of the summer shoes...but... before they go into hibernation can anyone give any help as to how i can get rid of the pong!!
They really smell of fousty/sweaty feet, i've tried rinsing with loads of water, even a bit of febreeze.......no good.

My main concern is using something that will damage the Gore fabric and render them not waterproof!! On waterproof garments it always says 'Do not use detergents)

Help, they are on the radiator at the moment stinking the hallway out!!

Have you thought about using something like Nikwax Tech Wash for cleaning and then Nikwax TX.Direct for re-proofing them in the washing machine?

Put each shoe into an old pillow case before putting them on a 40 degree cycle with Tech Wash. It's formulated so it won't damage Gore-Tex or other coated fabrics.
The TX.Direct will then put back any lost water proofing.
For more convenience you could try Granger's 2 in 1 Cleaner/Waterproofer.

I've not tried this method myself but I reckon it'd get rid of the evil which appears to be resident in your footwear...

Just sling some old towels (like the ones that you use for bike cleaning?) in with them to take up some of the space. The washing machine will be fine
