Spindle for cup and cone bottom bracket. Never used. Dimensions, using the dimensions specified on http://sheldonbrown.com/bbsize.html from where the diagram below is taken are:
A: 30
B: 56
C: 32
D: 118
It has “0” and “18” stamped on it if that helps (and the S-shaped Shimano symbol and the letter ‘B’).
I have no idea what size shell it was originally designed for I’m afraid.
