I really hope someone can help me!
I was stripping down my 1992 Deore DX rear mech earlier and having removed the circlip and breakaway bolt, I wasn't quick enough to stop the top plate (the one with the adjuster screw in) from springing off and disappearing into the wilderness.
I have searched and searched but can't find it!
To add insult to injury I found the mech is also missing a rubber seal from the top jockey wheel.
So, does anyone have a load of old mechs that they are willing to break for these bits? I should imagine that these particular parts are fairly standard across most of the Shimano mechs.
