I spent ages looking for a set of these, as imo, they are one of the best looking levers that serve this function, but now plans have changed and I'm parting out the bike they were on.
Shimano Nexave BL-T400 brake levers in good condition, as most of you will know they have an internal switch which allows you to switch them between v-brake and cantilever operation.
