Chillax Fincham. Man just asking a perfectly legitimate question. Trust me, you don't have a clue what flaming is - try half a day on LFGSS and you'll see what happens if someone finds issue with your classified post, or price. Eaten alive, thats the fate for most newbies.

Yeah LFGSS is the natural home to all of cycling's fiends and trolls. It's about as pleasant as an afternoon in a young offenders unit (I used to work in one. Strike that, actually people probably behave with more decorum there).

They actually have 'popcorn parties' where they roll up to watch someone get flayed to death.

A bit like a modem day stoning and then congratulate each other afterwards.

I blame their moderators who probably encourage it.

Sad times. Sad people. Sad entertainment.

Haha - perhaps a new thread: the fiends of LFGSS. It's the SS bit that gives them away.

I've actually been in my LBS and two 'keyboard warriors' came face to face. One guy comes into the shop, selected a hefty D Lock off the wall, calmly walked up to the counter asked for manager and when he appeared whacked him square in the face with it.

Ultimately, the moderators are part responsible under the 2004 Telecommunications Act for failing to diffuse any online conflict which may well result in 'real world' violence.
