andrewl Senior Retro Guru Feedback View Feb 19, 2008 #6 For 98 you'll be after a combination of M950 and M951. From memory * speed M951 parts appeared in 98. M951 8 speed shifters have the remote control capability and M951 V brakes have the black parrallel link.

JustKev Retrobike Rider BoTM Winner Feb 19, 2008 #7 bit of a hijack but when did M950 first appear? I've built my 95 DBR with it and am pretty sure it's not quite period correct, although extremely functional and cheaper to replace than M900!
