Wanted Shimano LH ST 5600 105 shifter Black

Does anyone have one? Mine stopped shifting and on inspection, the little metal pawl seems to have broken. Looking to find a LH replacement since the part is not obtainable as far as I can see. Running a Sora as a temporary fix atm. Does the job but looks a bit naff. The are a couple on eBay but the last shifter I bought on eBay turned out to be broken so I am a bit wary of that source now. Seems to be a lot of people breaking bikes for spares but not testing them before selling. I got a refund on the last one but it's the hassle I can do without.
