Hi,

Another item for sale:

I have a pair of Shimano Deore 8-speed thumbies (c. 1992). £15 posted. Any takers?

Not at the moment. I'm at 'work' so I will take a couple of pictures when I get home and plonk them on the thread.

They're in pretty good nick, except some of the paint has chipped off the clamp.

Mechanically, they are perfect. That's the advantage of thumbies - very few parts to go wrong! The old SIS/Friction choice lever is on there too and still works.

As I said before, the clamps (steel) have lost a small amount of paint, but aside from that, pretty good.
