as above cleats are sm-sh51 and lightly used. £5 posted. £4

cane creek IS6 internal bearing headset. complete and just cleaned and re-greased the bearings so running like new. £12 posted £10

hi yes its integrated so two bearings a crown race a split collar and top cap. pic up now. cheers

From the pics it looks like the cups sit outside the frame, but i'm happy to be wrong.

cleats sold cheers. concerning the headset. the cups are internal fitted to your frame so you just pop the bearings in them. think you might have a different design of internal in mind??

he will be thinking of semi intergrated ad, are both bearings the same size mate as im after one for a tapered frzme
