Shimano Cassette body Washer

I need a cassette body washer for my 16 spoke shimano wheelset, For some reason its missing one and will not accept my cassette due to the nature of the hub design.

The Hub is WH-M575 see PDF on link below, Its a right pain in the arse and dont know where to get one from. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated as usual.

Its item number 19 in the image with a shimano part numberof Y-375 04000
