Shimano BR MT70 brake / brake parts

Helping a friend with a problem on his 80’s Mercian

A brake block assembly carrier has a stripped thread so he can’t lock the block carrier in place

Any one got a front brake or parts available please.?

I’ve just noticed the generic draw bolts as pictured .....has anyone had experience of using these on such a setup as these hrakes..?
