Shimano 9 speed sti 7700 lever or pair

My friend is looking for a Dura Ace 7700 right hand lever to replace a broken one. Alternatively a reasonably priced pair of Dura Ace/Ultegra/105 levers. Frustrating for him that Shimano aren't serviceable but I can't persuade him to see the light and adopt Campagnolo!
