Shimano 8 speed down tube shifters

has anyone got any in clean condition? 105 Ultegra, Dura Ace etc.... Would like some that can be used friction and indexed so the SL-R400 don't fit the bill....
I need some to go on a renovated 1980s Holdsworth.
