Shimano 600ex help

Hey everyone, I’m working on removing a Shimano 600 ex crank from a 80’s Fisher Montare. The cranks are really stuck, so I’ve sprayed them with a anti rust product and letting it sit over night. What I’m concerned with is how the inside of the left crank arm looks. Is this going to prevent me from removing the crank? Is the Crank arm useless now? What do you guys think?

Re:

Depends, difficult to see if there is enough thread to get grip. Looks like someone tried to convert the square taper into an octagon taper!

Do you have the right tool? A crank puller?

Maybe need a proper bearing puller similar to this set up
