Wanted Shimano 105 Rear Mech 10 speed long cage RD-5700 or 5701

Looking for a 105 10 speed Rear mech please
Medium cage
Either RD-5700 or 5701 as I’m wanting to run a 28Tor 30T cassette
Oh and silver / grey would be preffered rather than black .

I’ve got a silver 5701 rear mech available but I don’t know if it’s a short or a medium cage version. It’s not as short a cage as some but I’m sure someone will be able to clarify one way or another.

Short or medium, it will work with a 30T cog. I'm using a short arm black one on a 12-30 no problem

Looks like it, below is a screenshot of the official Shimano spec sheet for the 5701 SS RD. And as we know these specs always err on the side of caution.

I’ve also just found this so should be ok -

( The RD-5701-S is available in Short Cage (SS) or Mid Cage (GS) models. Silver.

Short Cage (SS): 30t max cog; 16t max chainring difference; 33t wrap capacity
Medium Cage (GS): 32t max cog; 22t max chainring difference; 39t wrap capacity )

Mine is 34/50, 12/30. All runs good
