- M740 XT 3x8 shifters. Excellent condition. RH can sometimes be a bit temperamental shifting between two highest gears, but 9/10 times works perfectly. £20 posted to UK

I've never had it mounted so cannot comment on how it performs in action, but clicking it through its range it seems to pull/release cable as you would expect. Think the only thing it needs is one of those plastic cable tensioner things (see lower photo where the cable would normally enter the unit).
