Yep, I have a BB at home, not sure about the conditions of the thread on the plastic cup, 118mm IIRC.

Very good guestion! At 20 miles use I guess more than I'd like to offer I was kinda hoping someone wanting the arms might provide the answer by default...

Easiest way might be to do £25 for the lot (not inc BB, obviously), but I guess you might tell me where to stick that
