I was watching this and there was this chap on that was saying he was HIV positive and that he did not generally tell his sexual partners that he was HIV positive as it was their responsibility to ask first not his to tell them. I was shocked at this as it is, to me, basically infecting people knowingly. If I injected someone with HIV infected blood intentionally I'd be liable to prosecution, yet this man is happily infecting unsuspecting people just because they haven't asked. I know everyone should be careful when it comes to STI's especially those of a promiscuous nature but still I think people with this chaps attitude to something so serious and life threatening as well as incurable should be liable to prosecution if he is basically intentionally infecting people.

He's a twat, and liable to prosecution if caught. Do I need to ask if he is planning to run me over before I venture out on the road? It's solely his own responsibility how he behaves, not someone else's.
