I prefer old hopes to modern ones,they have bags more power,I shouldnt even have to mention the benefits of closed versus open.









I dislike this sellers idea,that he can pen 'terms & conditions' of his own and expect people to buy it.i pees me off that some sellers do this to attempt to avoid any responsibility should things go astray

Hope's finest brakes were the C2s, and they still are.
I found XC4s to be seriously lacking in power in comparison, all for a minimal weight advantage.

If not then No2. :? ,I liked my C2's and ran them for years with a service once a year,and new pads before the old ones were completely gone.The only problem i find with C2's is they werent looked after by the majority of their owners :x
On the dozen or so ive bought serviced and sold that the biggest problem was not changing the pads regularly and not cleaning the area below the pad,especially in winter with the salty roads
the other thing was supposed to be the head problem associated with the closed system,but i've never had a problem just on general riding.

If the open system is better than the closed then the C2 O must be the best
