servicing fox float rl 2002 ?

any one know how to service a fox float rl 2002 ?

im asking because a friend of mine has one on his scapal and its now a bit fecked. he asked me... i didnt know .... so i thought id ask you lot ?
can he do it himself ?
where does he get the parts from ?
