Servicing Fox Float R - Fox Fluid - what is it?

I'm about to service a Fox Float R - I keep reading about Fox Fluid - is it pretty much standard suspension fluid? What weight is it? Could I just use normal suspension fluid?

no idea what it is? but they says its 'engineered to reduce seal friction, the Fox formulation incorporates a synthetic base stock with propriety anti-friction additives and soluble Molybdenum which is widely known for its anti-friction and low wear qualities.'
but at only £10 for the service kit that includes a sachet of the stuff and the seals you may as well get it?

Doesn't sound any different to Finish Line or Marzocchi fluid to me. Just get whichever is easiest on the wallet.
